This three bedroom, three bath historic house has recently been remodeled with exotic hardwoods, modern kitchen and baths.

From the large deck facing the sea, you'll have continuous breezes as you gaze on the Barrier Reef, only a 1/2 mile away. You'll have great fly-fishing just steps away from your front door: the best time is when the sun is just coming up over the Carribean and your hunting snapper and grouper and bonefish. Or fish off the pier which juts out 150-feet. This is where you'll be picked up at your doorstep for a trip to the Blue Hole (as recently seen on the TODAY SHOW WITH Matt Lowry), or to the Hol Chan Reserve where you'll think you're in an aquarium, and to Shark Ray Alley where you'll swim with the sharks and stingrays . Or just take a kayak out to the reef for you're own adventure. There's scuba gear at the house you're welcome to use.

Your neighbors are fine resorts and world class restaurants. A short walk up the beach is Journey's End where you can rent kayaks and hobycats and have a fine meal; further up is Captain Morgan's which always has something going on, and you won't believe the food at the Capricorn. In the other direction, there's a wonderful little grocery store owned by Jason and Mandy; Mandy also manages propeties (including this one) and Jason will teach you how to kite-surf: this is the perfect place for it. Further on past MataGrane Grocery Store, are world class restaurants like Rojo Lounge or the Mambo Restaurant at Mata Chica Beach Resort. And that's just you're neighborhood.

San Pedro Town is about 4 1/2 miles south of the house. You can walk there in about an hour and a half along the beach and it's a great walk especially if you're trying to get in shape or rent some bikes (there are two at the house you're welcome to use). Mostly, people get around in golf carts and we can arrange to have one waiting for you at the house. You can take the water taxi into town or hire a boat and captain who will pick you up at your pier and bring you home when you're done reveling in town. Great music and dancing, food and drink awaits you in San Pedro, but I just as soon hang out around the house.

Grill the fish you catch on the west deck as the sun descends over the lagoon and dine on the east deck as the stars come out and the cool Gulf breeze mellows out the day.
